These Terms of Use apply to the Pulse mobile application (the "Application"), developed and published by My Company (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
1. Use of the Application
The Application is offered as a freemium service. It provides AI-powered reading and learning tools designed to enhance your reading experience and comprehension.
You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application. All intellectual property rights—including trademarks, content, design, and software—remain the property of the Service Provider.
My Company may update, change, or charge for certain features or services at any time. Any future charges will be clearly communicated to you.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application processes personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. AI-Generated Content
The Application uses artificial intelligence to provide reading assistance, summaries, and learning features. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates third-party tools and services (analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, etc.). These services have their own Terms and Conditions, which govern how they operate.

- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Sentry
- Amplitude
- Adjust
- Adapty
5. Internet Connection & Charges
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile). You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the Application, including roaming charges. If you are not the owner of the device's data plan, you are assumed to have authorization from the bill payer.
6. Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated, reliable, and functional, it relies on external providers for certain data and services.
My Company is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses,
- issues caused by lack of internet connection,
- device malfunction (including battery depletion),
- outdated operating system incompatibility,
- inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Updates & Termination
You agree to install updates when they are made available, as they may be required for the Application to function correctly.
My Company may suspend or terminate the Application or your access to it at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
- all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately;
- you must delete the Application from your device.
8. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
